Hi my name is Suzzie Davidson i am trying to find my nan SYLVIA COLLINS family.she was borne 1/1/1913 in HENDON. she had two brothers and one sister. her sister PEARL married a man called CHARLIE KENNY they had three kids and they lived in MIDDLESEX. JOY was a dental nurse and married a dentist and they moved to AFRICA. JOHN and KAY we no nothing about. PEARL'S husband CHARLIE came from BURKENHEAD. nans brother WINSTON COLLINS was a teacher who moved to south africa. unfortunatly we know nothing about her brother JOHN COLLINS JNR but he was the oldest. Nans dad was called JOHN COLLINS SNR he served in the boer war with or in the same company as WINSTON CHURCHILL? He later joined KODAK and was the head gardener at the scientific centre(we think) in MIDDLESEX . All we know about her mum is her maiden name was SKUSE, and she died in RAMSGATE around 1956. Any help would be realy realy helpful as we are stuck. thankyou. |
