Jennifer Grosvenor - 11.08.2007 I am trying to find any info on my grandfather Sidney Collins, known to everyone as Sam. He married my grandmother Sarah in 1900 (I have their marriage certificate) wherein it states he was 21 so that makes him born around 1879. They were married in St. Crispins in Bermondsey, SE London and at the time of marriage were living in Salisbury Street in Bermondsey. Their witnesses were Amelia Hes and Clara Tilling if this is any help in finding him. I have gone into the birth records for the UK but cannot seem to find him at all. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks. |
