Hi Minie, thanks for responding. Here's what we know about Agnes Collins:

Born 10th May 185?, Died at Carshalton, Surrey, probably from heart failure. She was deaf. Married George Middleton, children: Jane, Eliza, gnes, George, Jack, Will, Bella, Joe, Grace, Suzie, Edith, Frederick.
