I am trying to find any references in Tipperary for my great grandfather Jeremiah Connell born,I believe to be 1831,but on the census it appears to vary .He married in Cornwall/Devon area to my Great gran,Emily Ellen Berry,from Torpoint Cornwall.He was in the army,I believe they did spend some time in India,but moved about a lot with the army.They settled in Salford,Manchester,had 13 children,he worked as a shoemaker,and died in 1895.I have Emily's tree going back to the 1700's but am stuck on his side.My gran,one of his daughters,told me his family had estates in Tipperary,around Fethard,I think,but am not having any luck with the Irish side,and would appreciate any info. go on google type irish relatives sign up its free they will trace them in no time, and they tell you who married who |

was any one on your tree connected to a dennis,timothy, or any of them married a burke.my connells lived in salford, look to the marriage certificates, and see who witnesed the marriages. |
