Information please on relatives of William 'Willie' Cope - dob 3 Jun 1895. Father was John, and Mother was Elizabeth Smalley, living in John Street, Cannock, Staffs. 'Willie' married Martha Elizabeth Deakes on Dec 26, 1914 and they had a son John William (my father in law) born at Staveley St, Edlington, Yorks. Sadly Willie died on 15th July, 1917, and Martha later remarried. John William (Bill) lived virtually all his life in Sth Elmsall, Yorks, married to Elsie Smith, and died April 2000. Elsie still lives in Sth Elmsall. We have a family tree and are adding to the top and bottom as we can. Thanks. |
