Hello. My maiden name was Ann Corfield, 1943; father Hugh William Corfield, 1919, an only child; grandfather Arthur William Corfield, 1885. Grandfather's family from Plumstead, South London. I think grandfather's brother was a Sidney Corfield, an architect. Their parents had shop or shops in Bexleyheath. I have a newspaper photograph of them. I believe there is an Irish connection to Castle Corfield in Co.Fermanagh. Any information would be welcome.
