Does any-one have Hephzibah crapper in their family tree. She married Henry crapper , he was born oxford 1817. And I believe he was married before to a martha lovegrove. Trying to link this with my family tree. My great-grand-father was Henry crapper born in Ireland. Came to Oxford and married. (I know his details from this point onwards)I think his father could have been William henry crapper. (a soldier serving in Ireland and married in Ireland to Mary Nocton. I am sure this could be the connection as our henry was married in Oxford. I think his mother and possibly william came back to williams home town of oxford. In 1861 there is a Mary, head of house , a Henry, and a daughter, Martha,masha or mary. And williams father could have been the Henry above born 1817 and married to Francis (fanny) budd. this was the first marriage. Carol |
