	Henry matthew Davies c1831 London, does he appear on the 1911 census in 1901 he is in a workhouse in Islington says he is 70 in 1901 so he could have died please help

	wonder where he is, if u cant find him!! I am also in anticipation today i am waiting for the records office people to send me a new password so i can order the marriage certificate of my great granda Mckenna i only found out is name yesterday!!

	I have found him really difficult to find to i found him on the 1891 census when i had access to ancestry but he is just down as Henry Davies but he was born in the same place and hassame job, he was already a widow then to so i never knew what his wife was called because i havent found him on an earlier census, i also dont know if he had any more children besides Edward william

	Hi Rebecca, you say you found Henry on an 1891 and he was born in the same place. Do you mean Islington London? and what was his occupation? Sue x

	born in Clerkenwell his occupation was printer machine minder/journey man

	I know this is a few years out, but i thought it worth taking a note of just in case. I have people in my tree that went from the name Petchy then later to Peachey and Wing, later to Whing! HENRY DAVIS Male Event(s): Birth: 01 JAN 1826 Christening: 27 AUG 1826 Spa Fields Lady Huntingdons, Clerkenwell, London, England Death: Burial: Parents: Father: WILLIAM DAVIS Family Mother: ANN

	Edward william born 1856 clerkenwell died 1921, he did the same job as his father. His wife wife was called Charlotte (she had been married before) then he married blanche theresa winter i have the marriage cert in 1895 which says he was a bachelor!! they had 8 children elizabeth, charles henry, leopold george, albert edmund, blanche, frederick, claude (my great grandfather) and ethel.

	Hi Rebecca, it seems to be a very busy night on here tonight, hence i have unfortunatly not recieved any replies to my request.
