I am looking for information on a Davies family at one time they lived in derbyshire,i also have an address for hollingworth i am not sure which county thats in.maybe manchester .Edward Davies is as far back as i know and this would have been my Great Grandfather.His name is mentioned on the marrage certificate of the son thomas.He married Catherine Price from Glossop Derbyshire.I Know the family worked in the cotton mills around glossop,On the Marrage certificate it said Edward was born uk but i cannot find him on any census etc.I don't know the wifes name of edward,any help i would be grateful thanks,june.nee davies |
