Trying to find Davies

After years of searching and many wrong birth certificates I am appealing for help ! My great Grandmother was Letitia Sophia Davies on all census she was shown to have been born Swansea, Glamorgan. In 1868 she married my great Grandfather Joseph Whitfield in Workington, Cumberland she then gave her age as 19 (1849), father Edward Davies, deceased. She remarried in 1886 and then gave her age as 29 (1857) and again Edward Davies deceased but this time a Cabinet Maker. She died in Leeds in 1925 and her age was then given as 72 (1853). You can see how impossible my search is ! The only time she used the 'Sophia' part of her name was on her first marriage. Any help appreciated. Kind regards, Mary |
