His parents are William Cowans (1865)& Harriet Ann Langley (1866). Also Decendents of a distant cousin. William Cowans dob 12.11.1891, Cornforth Co Durham.England. His parents are Thomas Cowans (1858) & Rachel Snowdon (1863) Many Thanks VL
