Member Since: March 2006 Posts: 0 Send Message	Hello, my name is Heather, and I wonder if anyone knows of a Clarence Dickenson born about 1900 - 1910 in either Liverpool or Wallassey, Cheshire. I heard he was once a Councillor in either Liverpool or Wallassey. His grandmother had a Pawnshop/ Jewellers in Scotland Road Liverpool. My husband would be grateful if anyone can tell him anything about this gentleman.
