Member Since: September 2004 Posts: 1 Send Message	Trying to find any relatives of my grandmother Margaret Sarah Dobson, married William Turner, also of Stepney. Margaret was one of several children to parents James and Margaret - other siblings names Alfred, George, James (JIM), William, Charlie, Lilian and Beatrice may be others but not sure. My grandmother was evacuated with my father and his brother during the war to Hounslow, but my father has recollections of most of the family remaining in the Stepney area. The Mile End Road and Cable Street areas may be of some significance

Member Since: October 2007 Posts: 98 Send Message	Hi steven. I am trying to locate a james dobson whose mothers maiden name was either lawrenson or cowburn. All links seem to be in the preston area. James was born in 1888 in preston, and that's pretty much all I know!! His father's name might be james or John, we just are not sure. I hope you can help me!!!!!!!!!! :)
