Can anyone confirm a family story passed down by my Great Gran? She always told us that her own Great Grandmother Eliza Docking (born sometime in 1813 in Egloshayle, Cornwall) was connected to the Trewinnard Manor in St Erth, Cornwall. The story we were told said the family threw their daughter out of the family as she had fallen for the coachman and got herself pregnant by him. If anyone can provide any info to confirm this is true or just a story I would be grateful. Either way I would like to know more about Eliza's family like did she have brothers and sisters or who were her parents, grandparents etc. Thanks Jo.
