Jack Douglas 1917-1940, Elsie Douglas ?1894

Hi. I'm trying to trace further info regarding Jack Douglas. He was born in about 1917 (I believe in London) and sadly died in WW2 on the 31.5.1940 aged 23. He married Gwenyth Muriel Gear (my great aunt) in 1939. His mother is listed on his memorial as Elsie Lilian Kate Douglas and I believe she was born in about 1894 in Berkshire. At the moment I believe that she wasn't married when Jack was born. |
