Find Ancestors

Hi All
Im trying to find info on the parents of Thomas McConnell. This is what I know from his wedding certificate dated 1859 (Kirkmichael, Ayr.) I think his parents names are Hugh and Helen.I cant make out her maiden name. Not much to go on thats why Im desperate for help!!

Im being really THICK here.Why do you think hes been married before? also where did you get that info from.
This does look like the correct family and they have named a couple of the kids after the grandparents
