Member Since: September 2004 Posts: 0 Send Message	Annie Dugan Born approx 1873 in Ireland.Maybe Achill Island/County Mayo area.Her father was James Dugan.She lived in Preston Lancs in 1902 when she gave birth to Albert Dugan.Later she married Henry Bates 1871 in Clitheroe Lancs.Any information?
