Member Since: July 2005 Posts: 11 Send Message	CAROLINE(?) EAST (Carrie) was born circa 1901 and married Arthur William Lock DOUGHTY. Arthur is my uncle but from family accounts he died in 1928, aged about 36, from illness caused by being gassed in WW1. Arthur came from Greenwich but later lived in East London (Hoxton and possibly Plaistow?). There was at least one son, possibly also called Arthur, and Carrie may have later remarried. Family accounts said that the son may have worked for the Co-Op. I would like to trace this lost part of my family.
