I would be most grateful for any information to be had about Edmond Richardson, probably born about 1909 who married Helen Louisa Lownie, born about 1911 in Glasgow. He was a waiter and Helen a waitress. They both worked for some time at a Golf club in Surrey, then lived in London where thir two sone, John Lownie(1936 and Arlen 1939 were born. Edmond, considered to be unfit for military service went to work in a munitions factory near Newark, where he died. Helen then moved to Leeds with her sons and later re-married, a ? Wilson. She eventually died in Australia, a very old lady. |
