Still trying to figure that one out as I have muddled my records up I have him as Thomas but I could be wrong again?

Can someone please help me once again I am looking for birth record of Albert Edward Yates to confirm his mams christian name as I have got in a muddle his father was born in Brownhill Staffs I have all census records but I have got in a muddle he was married 22 April 1916 himself age 24
