Married to Norman Belcher, children Mary Nee Belcher(Nutland) and David Belcher. Lived 1897-1987. Lived in the Wiltshire area and was born near Wanatge. Any information would be great. Thanks!

you could try her birth certificate for clues (from www.gro.gov.uk)

Do you want post 1901 or pre 1901 info?

In 1901 the family are indexed as Edward in Letcombe Regis.

In Mill House:

Thomas Edwards c1861 Ardington, Berkshire, Farmer
Emma c1868 Aldbourne, Wilts
Elizabeth Maria c1898 Ardington
Charles Barnard c1899 Ardington
Henry Edwards c1824 Ardington, Father, Widower

Thomas Edwards married Emma Pembroke Dec 1896 Hungerford Volume 2c page 564

On earlier census you can see Thomas's parents were Henry c1826 Ardington and Maria c1824 Charlton and his Grandparents were Thomas c1776 Strattow? and Mary c1778 Woughton/Wooton Basset.

On earlier census you can see Emma with her parents Charles Pembroke c1831 Aldbourne and Elizabeth c1833 Aldbourne. Elizabeth died in 1884 and Charles remarried in 1887 to Rhoda Page.

Charles Pembrock married Mar 1851 Hungerford, an Elizabeth Dudman was on the same page. In 1841 Elizabeths mother may have been Mary c1811.

In 1841 Charles is in Aldbourne with Charles Pembroke c1806 and Sarah c1801 indexed as Dembroks.
