Mark Report 1 Nov 2007 15:26

I am trying to find any information on my Great Grandfather Richard Firkin, in particular I would love to contact anyone who might have a photograph of him.

Richard Firkin was born in 1891 in Nottingham, his parents were Richard Firkin and Elizabeth Firkin (nee Scott). He had a brother Thomas and two sisters Elsie and Evelyn.

Richard was killed in 1915 at the battle of Neuve Chapelle fighting with the 1st Batn. of Sherwood Foresters.

I would love to hear from anyone who knows anything about him, especially if they have any photographs.
