Trying to find my F.I.L's brother. He is somewhere

Can anyone out there please help me. My father in law has prostate cancer. He is desperately trying to find his brother so he can also get checked out. Last known to be living on a boat in Spain with his wife and step daughter. If there is anyone out there who thinks they may be able to help or anyone who has any ideas of how we might be able to find him. My father in law is having radio therapy treatment now and has not seen his brother since he married in 2002. My father in law will be 73 soon and his brother is 70. So really do need to try and find him. Any idea's no matter how small, would be gratefully recieved. Please send me pm for details. |
