Trying to find any info on a Hy Gardner b1825 married to a Mary Anne unk, both born in Marylebone, in 1861 census they were living in 2 Vicarage place but I can't read the area. With children,
Hy b1850
Mary b1852
James b1854
Thomas b1858

It will probably be short for Henry.

Hi Lost for Words ;-)

The Gardeners you have found in 1871 census dont match my Hy's children, so this is probably the other couple,

I think that must be them and it matches with the 1848 marriage to Mary Ann Ruth Woods.
