Trying to find Grayson

Graham Report 6 May 2007 19:36

Any information please on the Grayson's in Knaresborough, N.Yorks. Any family relations of William (b1830) and Mary (b1843). They had daughters Louise (b1864), Sarah A (b1869), Mary E (b1875), Selina (b1877), Alice (b1880), Florence (b1884). Particularly interested in Sarah A who married a Horsman (name TBC). We think she had the daughter Elfreda who lived with Mary and her other daughters some of the time (we are told she was brought up by 'Granny Grayson'). Sarah possibly had a son Arthur also (he may have died young). Elfreda married Benjamin Abbott of Bridlington. She may have been known as 'Elsie' when in Knaresborough as well as Bridlington. Any information appreciated. Thank you. Graham & Judy Bates
