Looking for information on Edward Hamer (1890) son of John Hamer (1859) and Emma Taylor (1860) Edward had 8 brothers and 1 sister Mary 1880. William 1880. Heath 1882. Joe 1886. Nelson 1887. Harry (1894 my grandfather) . Jack 1896. Lewis 1898. Fred ?

Hi Roy,

My Wife's Grandfather was an Edward Hamer, but born in 1880 ish, he was born in Leyland, Lancashire, we think, and he was Leyland Motors first apprentice, he married Marie Bannister who died in 1975 aged 91.
