Member Since: July 2004 Posts: 2 Send Message	Trying to trace RICHARD HARPER born 1803-4 he was a customs officer.His father was named Richard and was also a customs officer.He married Sarah Evans in 1860 in Flint Nth Wales and died in 1866.Apart from the marriage and death certificates I can find no trace of him anywhere else at all.
