Member Since: January 2007 Posts: 1 Send Message	My grandmother Alice Jane HICKS died in 1974 and her husband Sidney Benjamin Rondeau remarried. His second wife threw out all photos of Sidney & Alice and I am desperate to find someone who might have their wedding photo in 1915. Alice had loads of brothers and sisters Emma, James, Stevie, Florrie, Teddy, Albert & Grace. Her dad was James Thomas HICKS born 18.12.1868 in St Pauls district of St George East - London. I have traced the family back to 1774 to a James Hicks married to Mary, with a son John b 1796. Any details?

Member Since: October 2007 Posts: 10 Send Message	I am also trying to find Hicks' for my father. So far I have traced back to a John Hicks c 1796 born in Machen, Monmouth who married a Mary and had about 12 children. I was wondering if he is the same John or maybe just a coincidence.
