Her father was Sidney Howard who died at 35 years old. The last information we have is that we were told that rebecca was living in the Milton keynes area Can Anyone help my Wife Natalie Howard born 1st May 1962 to find her half sister would be very much appriecated Thank you Natalie Howard changed to Lewis and now married to Stephen Davis
