Member Since: December 2005 Posts: 1 Send Message	Hi, I am trying to locate a David arthur Howard born circa 1950 who married a Joan Winifred Atkinson in Douglas Isle of Man on 6th June 1970. He was in the Royal Engineers and lived in Pauls Grove, Portsmouth. His father was Jack Charles Howard. Does anyone have any information on him please Thanks
