Member Since: March 2006 Posts: 10 Send Message	My paternal grandparents were Edith mary howe and james williams. they were married in 1910. in cardiff. Edith was born in Somerset dont know where James was born but it could possibly have been Whitchurch/Llandaff North in Cardiff. James farher was Benjamin and Edith Mary's parents were William and Charlotte Howe both born in Somerset. Edith Mary apparently moved to Cardiff in the Whitchurch / Llandaff North area and worked as a servant in a vicarage in Whitchurch. Some of Edith Mary's sibling were Charlotte, known as auntie Lottie and Kate, both unmarried and ended their lives in Weston Super Mare, ther was also Arthur believed to have emigrated to New Zealand and was killed in World war 1. whilst serving in the army There was also Ernest Percy Archibald. Any info would be most welcome.I now know thatJames Williams was born in Somerset, as were his parents Banjamin and Elizabeth Ann (Bailey)
