I am looking for more information on the parents of Christopher Hutchinson born in England around 1810/20. All we know is in 1843 he was a Private in the 68th regiment of foot when he married Margaret Fergguson b. 1821 in Perth, Scotland. Margarets father was James Fergguson , a Mason from Moulin, Perthshire. Christopher & Margaret had a daughter Sarah Jessie B. 1844 in Blair Atholl Pershire Scotland, who married Thomas Walker a Sergeant Major in 68th Foot in the 1860's. In 1861 Thomas was probably post to Rangoon, Burma as there son Christopher William Walker was born there. Any information on the family around this time would be appreciated |
