I'm trying to find anything about the parents and siblings of my grandfather, who was adopted. As such, I don't know much about them, but I believe the father worked as a farmhand and then was either made redundant, or was forced to leave because of his hopping in and out of prison, as he was a CO. The mother was left on her own with the three boys, and therefore gave them up for adoption. The boys were born during the Second World War (or at least one was). If anyone has any further information, or ideas about where I might find more information, please get in touch :) --Liam |
