Hi Trying to find Alice Jacobs. I don't know where she came from but it is possible she came from London. I do know she married John Alfred George Job Merchant in Oct/Nov/Dec 1920 in Gravesend. Has anyone got her in their tree Many Thanks Tiffanie |

Hi Tiffanie, My grandmother's name was Alice Catherine Jacobs (nee Bowser),born 14/6/1879, she married my grandfather Reuben in 1901. She supposedly left and went off with an officer in the Indian Army..in the 1920s. Don't know how true this is. Perhaps you know something, if this is your Alice. |
