Am searching for any info. re STEVEN LALLA JAMES. He was born ?South Aust & ?1895-1899. His marriage cert. to my grandmother states that his father was CHARLES HENRY JAMES and his mother MARY ANN MORLEY. I believe his middle name LALLA holds the clue to his lineage! Anecdotally he left home at the age of 14 and never had any contact with any of his family ever again. According to letters written to my grandmother, he still had family living in 1933. This is my last attempt to discover something about him therefore any help will be gratefully appreciated. Cheers Julianne Holmes (nee James) |
