James Soutar, born 1852, married Agnes Shiells (b1850 or 1852). Married 1873, lived in Barrow in Furness, came to Adelaide Australia??. Cannot find details of either James Soutar ( father was a loom opertator), I believe James was born in Scotland. Agnes' father's name was William. Any help, ideas or direction greatfully received. I do have a photo album, allegedly of the Soutar family, no names just beautiful beards and kilts. Someone might enjoy matching faces to names. William Shiells was deceased at the time of the Soutar wedding (1873). I do have the wedding details.

What was James' father called? Was Agnes also from Scotland as that is a very Scottish name.

You stated "came to Adelaide Australia??. " Do you have info about this or just think he moved to Aust.?
