This is from the 1881census - can anyone please find John Kilby in the 1841 census??

this is the only john i can see in 1841 leicester - it could be him but you may need to check his marriage certificate for fathers name and compare:

Thank you for your help.

I think that you DO have the correct John Kilby in 1841 as I have just found out his dad (Thomas) - wifes name was Elizabeth _ dont know her surname yet. Does it give their occupations? John grew up to be a musician and I wonder what his dad did?
Also, Drake looks like a possible family relaition name??? does it say if they are related to the head of house?
