Trying to find the parents of my grandmother i.e. Alice Maud Johnson, her fathers name William Johnson, housepainter, still alive in 1915, when Alice got married to my grandfather: William Frank Humphrey, Brighton. I don't have a birth certificate for Alice, as I don't know where she was born. Alice had an occupation of General Servant (Domestic), lived at 17 Rochester Street, Brighton at the time of her marriage.
