I am trying to find any members of the Keen family that came from the Midlands probably from the Birmingham area. My father was orginally a Keen but later changed his name to Bolton, may well have lived under the name of Bolton-Thacker for awhile. He was born around 1895 in June. When he became a Bolton his christian names were Albert Ernest occassionally called Alf. He had a brother William and three sisters, Doris, Mary and Bertres. He was married previously before marrying my mother in 1937/38. Also had a large family by his previous marriage. My grandfather was Mark Keen, not sure of my grandmothers name could possibly be Annie. Would be most grateful for any information on this family. |
