Find Ancestors

Hi all,

My grandfather's brother Arthur Lamb was born in 1914 to parents David Lamb + Mary Jane Fenton.

I have all the census + Bmd on his parents but hope someone can help on Arthur please.

All I know is that his birth ref was:

Births Jun 1914
LAMB Arthur Fenton Barton I. 8c 1194
(Barton-upon-Irwell is in Lancashire)

At some stage, and I am afraid I do not know when - he went to Australia and then later on to New Zealand.

I have no details of dates and no-one to ask.

I believe he did at one stage run a 'haulage' business (after he left UK).

I am afraid that is absolutely everything I know.

If anyone can find any info about when he travelled or if he married, had children etc., I would be very grateful.

I think the marriage would be this one - it didn't show up on search as his name is mistranscribed but it IS in Salford so more likely:
