Henry Lane 1780

I am still trying to find out more information on Henry Lane Born 1780. Not having much success with this Ancestor.
I am not sure where he was born but Married Honor Jewel 1780 in Kilkhamton Cornwall on 16th July 1798 at Kilkhampton Cornwall.
I do know they went to Herefordshire after their marriage but not sure if Henry was born there. He was listed as living in Morwenstow Cornwall when he got married.
Henry Lane is my Great Great Grandfather and would like to know a little more about him. Who his parents were etc.
If anyone can help I would appreciate it very much.
