Hi Karen
My Grandmother was a Lowe - her father was Harry Lowe born 1875.
He married Elizabeth Smith (guess what fun I am having with that!).

My grandmother was Cicely and her sister was Madge.

Cicely and Madge were born in Bedford.
Any connection?
