Member Since: May 2007 Posts: 1 Send Message	My name is Sandra Lowes, I have 2 brothers and 2 sisters. Angela , Simon, Peter, and Jan. My father was called John Lowes. His father was acoal minor in cambois area.newcastle upon tyne. (Thomas Lowes) His wife was maid and seemstress Margaret Lowes. If any one has any info about my family I would be most grateful. My farther was born around 1920 ,he worked at Swan Hunters for awhile doing an engineers apprenticeship. He then joined the Merchant Navy and became a chief Marine Engineer and inspector. Member Since: February 2004 Posts: 37 Send Message	my gran was adalaide lowes from newcastle upon tyne born 1918, the only other info i have on her is she had a sister lizzie lowes who i believe lived in dunston. i cant find any thing out apart from adalaide married my dads dad ranson breen from chopwell blaydon, any help would be great.
