Looking for any family of Alexander Mackey who married Esther Drummond of Ballygowan, Raloo/Ballynure, Co. Antrim on the 3 June 1862. Date of birth for Esther are c1841 and her husband c1840 and dates of death unknown. They lived I am told in Ardemagh. I know that they had three daughters, Elizabeth b. 12 Oct. 1868,Ellen b. 3 Apr. 1870 and Margaret b. 27 Dec. 1873. I am trying to bring the Family Bible of the Drummonds of Upper Ballygowan up to date from copies I wrote myself about 47 years ago, as the Bibles have gone missing. Any help with names, dates and places would be appreciated. Thank You, John Drummond. |
