Hi Another shot at trying to fnd info on George Bellamy Maw born abt 1849 at Belton Lincs. His parents were John Maw c1826 and Mary Bellamy c1828. 1851 the family were living at Owston Lincs 1861 at Crigglestone, Yorks - don't even know where this is. I tried to order his birth cert to-day but births prior to 1900 require the GRO index no and I can't find one for George John Maw his father was born c1826 at Haxey and I've just sent for his marriage cert but can anyone tell me when he died and also how I can find out his dob as I know the records don't start till 1837. Thanks to you all. |
