Trying to find Mc Kenna

Anne Report 10 May 2007 22:32

I want to trace Joseph McKennas' forefathers in Ireland. Joseph Mc Kenna, born in Ireland in 1876, his parents were Thomas McKenna a farmer, and Mary Anne Ferguson. I think he came from Cong in Connemara. He had one sister, Elizabeth who emmigrated to America. Joseph came to Scotland and settled in East Calder. Can anyone tell me how to access this type of information in Ireland. Thank you
