i would like to introduce my self as miss patricia feeney and would like to this advertise over the message board. my ancester was william mead he was born in trowbridge in about 1790. was in the battle of trafalgar i have found out about his ships but where did he serve. i also have found out that he was in the stroming of the san sabastian and served on the ship beagal and also got the san sabastian clasp. and was also given a medel for serving at the battle of trafalgar. what i would like to try and find out about was his wife. because on his navel records it says that his wife or the lady that he was with first name was ann but her last name was unknown. is there anyway that anyone could be related to this person that they could help me with this. or is there anyway i could gain this information without going to kew. thank you for your help patricia [email protected]
