Member Since: April 2007 Posts: 2 Send Message	My name is Karen, I live in Australia. Looking for information on my Great Grandfather William Meehan born approx 1845 in Limerick, Ireland. William and his brother John Meehan emigrated to Australia around 1870-71. Their parents were William Meehan Snr and Bridget Heffernan. William Meehan (my GGF) lived in Rutherglen, Victoria, Australia and was a bootmaker. He married Bridget Walsh (born Kilkenny, Ireland approx 1851) They married in Rutherglen in 1874. Love to hear from anyone with any further info.
