Member Since: November 2005 Posts: 0 Send Message	Hi I'm trying to find Alexander Menzies born in Scotland abt 1838. He moved to South Shields, Tyne & Wear and married Mary Jane Purvis. Alexander was a mariner and unfortunately died in 1862 before the birth of his son, Alexander Menzies born 13 March 1863 (my great grand uncle). I would be grateful for any information you have relating to Alexander Snr. Thank you Linda Docherty
