ENOCH MILLS (b.1836) & MARY MILLS (Nee Powell) (b.1843) Hi i am a Great Great Granddaughter of these two who were both born in Walsall, Staffs. They both emigrated to Australia with some of their children etc around 1906/1914??? (I was always told Enoch was about 78 at the time!) I have old pictures of the family before they embarked and then when they arrived! A place called Wogga Wogga was always mentioned to me. I know my Grandma, Bertha Downing (Nee Mills) had cousins in Australia she used to write to, and one of them came over before the 2nd world war for a visit as i have photo's of her. (Bella?) Over the years addresses have been lost and i would so like to find out more about my Australian extended family! I would also like to know where Enoch and Mary died and what date. Please get in touch if any of this rings a bell. I would be most grateful. Regards, Erica. |
